The Error404 Store team ships orders Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing once your order is placed. This does not include shipping times. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

Free domestic shipping on orders over $250.

All orders are packaged using HeapsGood Packaging — Australian-owned, plant-based, and eco-friendly.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered on orders. Additional fees may apply if you need to update your address once your order has been dispatched.

In-store pickup orders can be collected within 6 months of purchase. After this period, the order will be refunded to a gift card.
