The chain has some extra links so you can adjust it from 45cm to 42cm and 40cm depending on the outfit and occasion! The charms include five sterling silver pieces,  five 10mm cubic zirconia hearts in lime, lavender, champagne, pink and olive and three 8mm cubic zirconia hearts in teal, pink and red.
